Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle most urgent care dental problems your pet may have, Monday thru Friday. If you have any other emergencies with your pet, please call your General Practice Veterinarian or an Emergency Pet Hospital immediately.
We may also be available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening and you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments, if possible. However, to avoid long waits, please call before you come in.
Because a limited number of veterinarians practice at Advanced Veterinary Dentistry, we can care for only dogs and cats. If you have a question about dental issues for other species, please call us and we will attempt to refer you to someone who can treat your pet.
Advanced Veterinary Dentistry accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. We also accept Care Credit for certain procedures. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all procedures. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
Advanced Veterinary Dentistry offers discounted services, at our discretion, to registered 501(c)(3) local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, so please call us for more information.
